PRICES

All prices indicated are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices for tours do not include airport taxes, visa costs (except if visa is not required such as South African passports), telephone calls, laundry, entertainment, meals not indicated in the tour plan, all and any drinks and beverages and any other item of personal nature.

DOCUMENTATION/ PASSPORTS/VISAS

It is responsibility of the passengers to ensure that they are in possession of the correct required documentation prior to their departure. Mozambique Adviser will not accept any responsibility neither complain if the passenger has not ensured that the necessary documentation is in order and in passenger possession.

Tourist visas can now be issued at most borders of Mozambique within certain restrictions at a cost of approximately USD 25,00 per passport.

BOOKINGS / RESERVATIONS

Bookings and reservations will only be processed with a minimum deposit of 20% of the total tour price. The remaining amount is due 6 weeks prior to the departure date. Mozambique Adviser reserve the right to cancel all arrangements done if the full payment is not received with the above mentioned period and in this situation no refund will apply.

ITINERARY CHANGE AND DELAYS

Despite the efforts to maintain the planed itineraries and schedules, Mozambique Adviser does not hold itself any responsibility for any delays prior to the passenger departure or during the course of any holiday, due to whatever reason beyond their direct control, for any technical reason or for any unforeseen circumstances. It is understood that any extra expenses incurred during this type of delay are entirely at the passenger responsibility.
Should it become convenient for any reason at Mozambique Adviser discretion to make any deviations to the programmed itinerary either because of the weather conditions or any other, this will not constitute any reason for any refund.

 UNUSED SERVICES

The failure to use the planed itinerary services for any reason whatsoever, unfortunately, can not be refunded.

LIABILITIES

Mozambique Adviser Lda will makes all efforts to ensure that all arrangements and services requested will be done in the most efficient way possible and despite the extreme care had in the selection of services and suppliers we may, in some occasions, not have direct control of it and therefore we can not accept any liability for errors, omissions or mistakes of such suppliers and services.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted in writing and subject to cancellation fees as follows:

  25% if cancellation is made with at least 8 or more weeks prior to Check in/tour Departure Dates

 50% up to 6 weeks prior to the check in/tour departure date.

100% Less then 6 weeks to the check in/tour departure date or in case of no-show.

No refunds for non-arrivals or should the destinations not meet the standards of the client.

No refunds should the passenger miss the departure or fail to leave as planned, for any reason whatsoever.

RESPONSIBILITY

Mozambique Adviser Lda acts as an agent only operating and preparing the tours and services offered herewith and on the condition that it shall not be liable for any delay, injury, damage, loss, accident, expense or any other irregularity that may occur during the passenger holidays for whatever reason whatsoever.

AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITIES

Should your trip include a air ticket, the ticket itself should constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline.

INSURANCE'S

None of the prices offered include any insurance. We strongly recommend you to take your travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses and luggage. If self driving into Mozambique your third party insurance issued from an outside Mozambique company is not valid within Mozambique. This insurance is compulsory and must be obtained at the point of entry.
