Our range of services includes:

• Design and printing of Invitation and its distribution - Includes a full report with delivery confirmations.

• Registration of confirmations and follow up with important guests - Periodic report prior to event to the organizer.

• Invitation of local speakers and personalities to the event.

• Procurement of all logistics of the event including accommodation, hire of conference room, catering, equipments, etc, etc.

• Hire of any material or equipment needed such as : computers, printers, data show projectors, photocopy and/or fax machines, binding equipment, chairs, tables, curtains, cameras, videos, tents, flower pots, etc, etc.

• Supply of wireless internet

• Secretariat services including protocol assistants

• Promotional material including personalized notepads and pens, T-shirts, Caps, Conference bags, gifts, etc, etc.

• Banners of any size for both the streets and/or conference room.

• Meet and greet at the airport and transfers in/out - including VIP handling and Mercedes Benz transfers when applicable.

• Accommodation management including check in, check out dates and all other relevant information - The company has its own simply and very powerful database system control for accommodation management for groups of any size.

•   Pre and Pos conference tourism excursions and or field visits.

• Decoration of the conference room, etc.

• Media coverage including distribution of Press Release and invite prominent journalists to cover the event (Newspapers, Radios and Televisions)

• Management and Payment of Participants allowance and "Perdiam's".

• Charter flights and or flight tickets and confirmations / reconfirmations for the delegates.

• Simultaneous translations - Equipment and translators - Portuguese/English/French/German.

• Security of the event and or VIP's.
